PROCESS
We harvest the best agaves aged between 8-10 years from Oaxaca and Zacatecas. Each agave is cut and cooked under earth for 5 days to later on ferment in wood vats for 6 days. The batch is then destilled twice in copper stills.

This blend is the perfect introduction to mezcal. Smooth and unique to have by itself but also perfect for a fresh cocktail.
